Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ReclaimHour (“ReclaimHour,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use reclaimhour.comand our 7-day commitment service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run your challenge:
- Account details — your name, email address, chosen username, and timezone.
- Challenge data — your goal, your chosen domain, your daily build logs, and any photos you choose to upload.
- Payment details — your card is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; we only keep Stripe identifiers (a customer ID and a payment-method ID) and your chosen daily stake amount.
- Technical data — basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely.
How we use your information
- To run your 7-day challenge and track your daily check-ins.
- To send you the daily check-in email and your end-of-cycle summary.
- To process the end-of-cycle settlement charge for any missed days, as described in our Terms of Service.
- To display your public progress page, if you share it.
- To keep the Service secure and to comply with our legal obligations.
What is public and what stays private
Your public progress page (reclaimhour.com/u/your-username) is visible to anyone with the link. It shows your username, your goal, your daily progress, the first line of each build log, and any photos you upload.
The following is never shown publicly:
- Your email address.
- Your private reflections (the second field of each daily log).
- Your daily stake amount and any payment information.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors that make the Service work:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing and card storage.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare R2 — storage for photos you upload.
- Vercel — application hosting.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and sign-in
We use passwordless sign-in: we email you a magic link, and a session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and challenge data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@reclaimhour.com. We may retain limited payment records where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@reclaimhour.com.
Children
The Service is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
